As a fitness freak, there is nothing I love more than an excellent complete body workout that uses the minimum equipment. Trainer and fitness enthusiast Kelsey Wells upload her video in her Instagram profile about how to work every part of our bodies with just a single set of dumbbells. She performs 6 significant moves in her workout that are enough to make you sweat in no time:

  • Sumo squats
  • Lunge and press
  • Side-to-front arm raise
  • Fire hydrants
  • Tricep kickbacks
  • Bent-over reverse fly
