  • Now circle your legs clockwise.
  • Inhale for the first half of the legs and exhale for the second half.
  • Repeat 4 to 8 times than in anti-clockwise direction for another 4 to 8 times.
  • Now repeat these steps with your right legs.

  • Lie down on the exercising met
  • Band your knees and keeping your feets flat on the floor.
  • Raise your hips off the floor so that your body forms a straight line. From your shoulders to your kees.

  • Make sure that your legs are close to each other.

  • Do these steps at least 6 times.

  • Stand with your feet slightly apart.
  • Step forward with your right leg in the position that thigh will be in parallel to the floor.
  • Push into your heels and return to your starting position.

Squats

Squats

  • Stand with your feet slightly apart.
  • Bend in the sitting position until your thighs are parallel to the floor.
  • Keep your arms parallel to the floor.
  • Stay in the position for at least 30 seconds.
